Cunningham won the last time they faced Tescott and things went their way on Friday too. The Wildcats claimed a resounding 58-12 win over the Trojans. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by 40 points or more this season.

Stephen Kerschen produced another solid performance rushing for 200 yards and four scores while picking up 11.1 yards per carry. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made six total tackles (2.0 for loss). Skyler Thimesch was another key rusher, rushing for 103 yards and four touchdowns.

The victory (which was Cunningham's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.5 points on average over those games. As for Tescott, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. After each having a week off, Cunningham and Altoona-Midway will shake off the rust and duke it out on November 7. The Wildcats are facing the Jets at the right time seeing as the Jets are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Tescott, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Chetopa at 6:00 p.m. on November 7. The Trojans will be up against the Hornets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 43.25 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
