Baseball Recap: Powhatan Comes Up Short

Powhatan and Dinwiddie squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Powhatan had to settle for second. They came up short against the Generals, falling 11-1. The Indians have struggled against the Generals recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Powhatan's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8-1. As for Dinwiddie, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Powhatan nor Dinwiddie have any future games scheduled.
