Softball Recap: Don Bosco Comes Up Short

Don Bosco suffered their biggest defeat since May 31st on Friday. They came up short against the Dike-New Hartford Wolverines, falling 11-5. The Dons' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Don Bosco's defeat dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Dike-New Hartford, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Don Bosco wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 9-1 win against North Fayette Valley on the 14th. As for Dike-New Hartford, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Crestwood on the 14th.
