Football Recap: Floyd Comes Up Short in High-Profile Contest with Logan

Floyd faced Logan in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Broncos had to suffer through a 57-0 loss at the hands of the Longhorns. If the Broncos were looking for revenge after losing 52-0 to the Longhorns when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Floyd's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Logan, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Floyd will welcome Carrizozo at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The Broncos are facing the Grizzlies at the right time seeing as the Grizzlies are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Logan, they will be playing at home against Lazbuddie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
