Softball Recap: Yukon's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Yukon waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Piedmont Wildcats by a score of 7-3. For the Millers, this counts as revenge for the 9-8 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Yukon's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Piedmont, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-6.

Coincidentally, Yukon and Piedmont will both be playing Choctaw the next time they take the field. The Millers will head out to face the Yellowjackets at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
