San Joaquin Memorial kept up with Clovis until halftime on Thursday, but afterwards: not so much. The Cougars never let the Panthers get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. That's two games straight that Clovis have won by exactly three goals.

Clovis' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for San Joaquin Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clovis will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Dos Palos at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
