Soccer Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Callaway's Tenth in Last 13 Outings

Callaway proved they can win big on Friday (they won by nine) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Lithonia Bulldogs 3-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Callaway also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Callaway is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 50 goals over those 13 matches. As for Lithonia, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-14.

Callaway wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Luella on the 17th. As for Lithonia, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-3 victory against Therrell on the 17th.
