Basketball Recap: North Schuylkill Takes a Loss

North Schuylkill has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 47-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palmerton Blue Bombers on Wednesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Spartans came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Blue Bombers are ranked 231st).

North Schuylkill's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Palmerton, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-5.

As of now, neither North Schuylkill nor Palmerton have any future games scheduled.
