Mt. Shasta lost against Trinity back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bears took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolves. The Bears gained 127 more yards on the day, but it was the Wolves that made the best use of them.

Mt. Shasta lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Noah Yegar, who threw for 212 yards on only 15 passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. 127 of Yegar's passing yards were hauled in by Nick Mangrum.

Even if they lost, Mt. Shasta's defense still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Caleb Sheets, Jaron Burkleo, and Player #16, who each picked up one sack apiece. Sheets was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 11 total tackles.

Carver Dresselhaus was the offensive standout of the game as he threw for 149 yards and one touchdown on only 13 passes, and also punched in one TD on the ground.
