Baseball Game Preview: Dacula Falcons vs. Discovery Titans

For the second straight game, Dacula will face off against Discovery. Dacula will be playing in front of their home fans against Discovery at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Dacula is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

On Wednesday, Dacula got the win against Discovery by a conclusive 7-1. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Titans recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Reid Dzikowski tossed a big game, striking out ten batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Dacula is 5-1 when Dzikowski allowstwo or fewer earned runs, but 6-9 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Grant Dzikowski was incredible, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (three). Jared Glenn was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Dacula now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Discovery, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.
