There's no place like home for Archbishop Riordan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Valley Christian Warriors on Friday as the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders made off with a 71-47 win. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 21 points or more this season.

Tara Dacic had an outrageously good game as she posted 25 points. Another player making a difference was Maxine Sutisna, who scored 14 points.

Archbishop Riordan's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.7 points over those games. As for Valley Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season.

Archbishop Riordan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 57-45 win against St. Ignatius College Preparatory on the 18th. As for Valley Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 53-27 victory against Presentation on the 18th.
