Monte Vista has gone 9-1 against Granada recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Monte Vista Mustangs will square off against the Granada Matadors at 6:30 p.m.

Monte Vista is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Berkeley a 3-0 shutout on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Granada hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They and Foothill finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time the Matadors have been dealt a draw since back in December of 2024.

Monte Vista's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2-1. With that draw, Granada's record moves to 6-0-4.

Monte Vista was able to grind out a solid victory over Granada in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, winning 2-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Monte Vista since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
