Sherman Oaks CES is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Stella High Charter Academy a 3-0 shutout. Considering the Knights have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Huntington Park, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. Everything went their way against Orthopaedic on Friday as Huntington Park made off with a 4-0 victory. Elisa Aquino was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Sherman Oaks CES' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 12 goals over those four contests. As for Huntington Park, their victory bumped their record up to 5-13.
