There's no place like home for the San Francisco Waldorf Wolverines, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Wednesday. They strolled past Gateway with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 48-30. Given San Francisco Waldorf's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 524th, while the Gators are ranked 1113th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading San Francisco Waldorf to victory were Aasia Williams and Henry Hanlon. Williams scored 18 points, while Hanlon scored 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Williams has scored at least a third of San Francisco Waldorf's points.

San Francisco Waldorf's victory bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Gateway, their loss dropped their record down to 4-16.
