Baseball Recap: Bacon County Comes Up Short

Bacon County fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Charlton County on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Charlton County Indians by a score of 3-2.

Bacon County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Charlton County, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Bacon County will host Pierce County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Charlton County, they are taking a road trip to take on Hilliard at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
