Soccer Recap: Poly Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Poly was not quite Grant's equal in the second half on Friday. They lost 4-0 to the Lancers. Poly haven't had much luck with Grant recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Poly's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-2. As for Grant, the win got them back to even at 4-4-1.

Coincidentally, Poly and Grant will both be playing Chavez the next time they take the pitch. The Parrots will head out to face the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Lancers will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
