Volleyball Recap: Foard Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Foard lost against Hickory back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Red Tornadoes, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Ella Kate Stewart, who had nine digs and four assists. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Foard's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hickory, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Foard didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Maiden on the 21st. As for Hickory, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against North Lincoln on the 21st.
