Perry proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by ten) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let the Nevada Cubs get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but Perry sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Jonatan Banuelos, who's now up to 16 this season.

Perry's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three matches. As for Nevada, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-6-1.

Perry didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 12-2 win against Grand View Christian on the 6th. As for Nevada, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Madrid on the 5th.
