Basketball Recap: Princeton Comes Up Short

Princeton lost against CORE Butte back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Princeton Eagles took a 43-36 hit to the loss column at the hands of the CORE Butte Lynx. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for CORE Butte, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Chester the next time they take the court. CORE Butte will head out to face Chester at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while Princeton will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
