The Lincoln Mustangs waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with 12 straight wins but they left with 13. They breezed by Washington at home to the tune of 54-27. Lincoln has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Lincoln got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kelis Powell out in front who scored 14 points. Brianna Nguyen was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.

Lincoln has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. As for Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Lincoln will head out on the road to square off against Mills at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
