Northridge Academy waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Vaughn White Tigers 61-17. The Pumas have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Northridge Academy to victory were Janelle Estrella and Haylin Hernandez. Estrella dropped a triple-double with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and ten steals, while Hernandez dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten boards. Estrella is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last seven games she's played. Jennalyn Gerona was another key player, putting up eight points along with ten rebounds and six assists.

Northridge Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 42 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Northridge Academy's win was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Vaughn, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

As of now, neither Northridge Academy nor Vaughn have any future games scheduled.
