Abington entered their tilt with Neshaminy on Tuesday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They had just enough and edged the Neshaminy Skins out 44-41. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Galloping Ghosts' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 187th, while the Skins are ranked 47th).

Abington pushed their record up to 9-5 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Neshaminy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Abington will host North Penn at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
