O'Neill was sadly handed a loss on Friday, but Grace Drueke did her best to prevent it. Drueke pitched 0.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The performance also marked the fewest walks (one) she has had since back in October of 2024.

Even though Drueke couldn't lead O'Neill over Bishop Neumann, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
