Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy took a 44-28 bruising from the University Prep Jaguars. Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy's loss continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Despite the loss, Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy still got an impressive performance from Michelle Otuonye, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 17 boards. Otuonye has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times she's played.

University Prep's defense has only allowed 28.5 points per game this season, so Silver Valley's offense will have their work cut out for them.
