Soccer Recap: Balboa Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Balboa can now relate to. They lost 5-1 to the Lowell Cardinals on Wednesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their matchups with the Cardinals: they've now lost seven in a row.

Balboa's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Lowell, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

As of now, neither Balboa nor Lowell have any future games scheduled.
