High school softball: Arkansas signee Ramsey Walker tops national home run leaderboard with 23

According to statistics submitted to MaxPreps, seven players nationally have 20 home runs or more.

According to statistics submitted to MaxPreps, Ramsey Walker of Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, La.) is high school softball's national leader in home runs.

Walker has helped the Cavaliers find a home in the MaxPreps Top 25 with 23 home runs, bringing her career total to 53. The senior Arkansas commit is hitting .575 this season with 68 RBI and 41 extra-base hits.

Four players are tied for second with 21 home runs including junior Kaygen Marshall of Robinson (Robinson, Texas) and eighth grader Malie Satete of West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, N.M.).

Satete is batting .806 while going 9-0 in the circle with a 1.07 ERA in 59 innings. She already has the New Mexico state home run record with 21 in a season.



Marshall, a Baylor commit, blasted three home runs in the season-opener. She hit a home run in five straight games from mid-March to early April.
