Soccer Game Preview: South Paulding vs. Paulding County

The South Paulding Spartans will square off against the Paulding County Patriots at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Paulding County took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on South Paulding, who comes in off a win.

South Paulding is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Pepperell on Tuesday as South Paulding made off with a 6-1 win. With the Spartans ahead 3-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Paulding County lost 4-1 to North Paulding on Tuesday. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The victory made it two in a row for South Paulding and bumps their season record up to 2-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored ten goals over those two contests. As for Paulding County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.
