Basketball Recap: Trinity Classical Academy Piles Up the Points Against Palmdale

Trinity Classical Academy picked up another tournament win on Tuesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 65-14 win over the Palmdale Falcons. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

Trinity Classical Academy was led to victory by Noa Pe?a and Gracie Fillmore. Pe?a posted 17 points in addition to seven assists and five boards, while Fillmore almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds. The matchup was Pe?a's fourth in a row with at least 17 points. Madeline Heinrich was another key player, putting up eight points and nine boards.

Trinity Classical Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 20 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Trinity Classical Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Palmdale, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
