Soccer Recap: Taos Has No Trouble Against Aztec

The matchup between Taos and Aztec on Friday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. Taos was the clear victor by an 8-1 margin over Aztec. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 6-1.

Taos' win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Aztec, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Taos will face off against Tierra Encantada at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tierra Encantada will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Taos surely won't give up without a fight. As for Aztec, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 7-0 defeat against Pagosa Springs on the 6th.
