Baseball Game Preview: Central Springs Panthers vs. Eagle Grove Eagles

The Central Springs Panthers will face off against the Eagle Grove Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Central Springs came up short against Newman Catholic on Wednesday, falling 12-4. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eagle Grove). They came out on top in a nail-biter against North Union on Wednesday, sneaking past 16-14. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Central Springs now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Eagle Grove, their victory bumped their record up to 2-7.
