Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeside). Everything went their way against the Glynn Academy Terrors on Tuesday as they made off with a 4-1 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given Lakeside's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 168th, while Glynn Academy are ranked 35th).

Andre Haggard and Thibault Duflot scored all four of Lakeside's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Lakeside's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-8. As for Glynn Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-4.

Coming up, Lakeside will take on Greenbrier at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Glynn Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
