You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Ceres on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Johansen Vikings out of the water with a 64-19 final score. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Ceres to victory were Sovannary Carter and Lilly Staggs. Carter posted 20 points, while Staggs had 14 points. That's the most points Carter has posted since back in November of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Persia Rochell, who scored six points.

When it comes to explaining why Johansen lost, don't look at Danna Singh. Despite the final result, she earned ten points. Singh has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last five times she's played.

Ceres pushed their record up to 12-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 27.2 points. As for Johansen, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.

Ceres has already played their next contest, a 53-44 win against Lathrop on the 9th. As for Johansen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-33 loss against Pacheco on the 9th.
