Soccer Game Preview: Presentation vs. Leigh

The Presentation Panthers and the Leigh Longhorns will compete for holiday cheer at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Presentation is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Presentation gave up the first goal on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They skirted past King's Academy 3-2.

Ashley Barker and Elisa Garcia scored all three of Presentation's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Leigh put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their undefeated season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand Los Gatos a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Longhorns, who have now won three games by three goals or more so far this season.

Presentation's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Leigh, their win bumped their record up to 5-0-1.
