Volleyball Recap: Lytle Comes Up Short

Lytle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Edinburg Bobcats.

Lytle's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Edinburg, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-12.

Coming up, Lytle will be playing in front of their home fans against San Antonio Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games the Minutemen have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Edinburg, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against SA Roosevelt on the 30th.
