            Basketball Recap: Del Campo Cougars vs. Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos        
        
		
        
        
            Del Campo was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They took a  blow against the Twelve Bridges Raging Rhinos, falling  57-19. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  45-3.

 Despite the  defeat, Del Campo saw an underclassman step up: freshman  Kami Vrapi  posted six points and five  boards. That's the most  rebounds  Vrapi has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Gabby Hays, who  had  no  points and five  boards.
 Twelve Bridges' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Addison Carpenter led the charge by  putting up nine points and three  steals.  Mia DeMatteis was another key player,  posting nine  points and three  steals.
Del Campo's loss dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Twelve Bridges,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 17-8.
 Del Campo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Twelve Bridges, they will venture away from home to  face off against Lincoln  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
