Football Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Cascade's offense. They were beaten by the Sequatchie County Indians 32-0 on Friday. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Champions were not able to get on the board.

Sam Bradley threw for 36 yards on seven of 13 attempts. On the ground, Nate Zimmerman rushed for 39 yards.

Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Sequatchie County, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Cascade will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Giles County at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Sequatchie County, they will square off against Forrest at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
