Meanwhile, Minnetonka's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 14-7 victory over Prior Lake. The Skippers haven't had any issues with the Lakers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Minnetonka's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for St. Michael-Albertville, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

St. Michael-Albertville was dealt a bruising 40-7 defeat at the hands of Minnetonka in their previous matchup back in September. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Knights were down 26-0.
