Basketball Recap: Nipomo Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

If Nipomo was feeling good fresh off their 41-18 takedown of Pioneer Valley last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Nipomo Titans took a hard 62-48 fall against the Atascadero Greyhounds on Tuesday. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Greyhounds recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Nipomo's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-12. As for Atascadero, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-10.

Nipomo will welcome Santa Maria at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Nipomo is facing Santa Maria at the right time seeing as Santa Maria is stuck on a six-game losing streak. Atascadero has already played their next game (against Pioneer Valley), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
