Basketball Game Preview: Conrad Weiser Scouts vs. Exeter Township Eagles

The Conrad Weiser Scouts will take on the Exeter Township Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Conrad Weiser has four straight wins, Exeter Township has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Conrad Weiser is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing Brandywine Heights Area: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Conrad Weiser blew Brandywine Heights Area out of the water with a 48-18 final score. Given the Scouts' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 230th, while the Bullets are ranked 465th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Conrad Weiser got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lauren Grabosky out in front who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was Alex Trevana, who had 12 points.

Meanwhile, Exeter Township was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 51-47 to Milton Hershey.

Exeter Township's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Conrad Weiser, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Conrad Weiser came out on top in a nail-biter against Exeter Township in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, sneaking past 37-34. Will Conrad Weiser repeat their success, or does Exeter Township have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
