Baseball Game Preview: Mt. Zion Eagles vs. Stone Mountain Pirates

The Mt. Zion Eagles will head out to take on the Stone Mountain Pirates at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Mt. Zion fell victim to Bowdon and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Red Devils. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Stone Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Riverdale, falling 14-0. That's two games in a row now that the Pirates have lost by exactly 14 runs.

Stone Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Mt. Zion, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.
