Baseball Game Preview: Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers vs. Woodland Wolfpack

The Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers will take on the Woodland Wolfpack at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

On Friday, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Stockbridge and fell 7-6.

Eagle's Landing Christian Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Pauldin, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was Pauldin's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Woodland's offense. They lost 15-0 to Jones County on Friday. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodland's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.
