Football Game Recap: Kennedy vs. Jefferson

Jefferson have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Kennedy with points to spare on Friday, taking the matchup 24-6. That's another feather in the cap for Jefferson, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

The win bumped Jefferson's record up to 2-3. Kennedy are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.

Jefferson will take on Robbinsdale Armstrong at home at 7:00 PM next week. Robbinsdale Armstrong took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Jefferson's good fortune. As for Kennedy, they will face off against Apple Valley. Neither Kennedy nor Apple Valley could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.
