Coventry managed to keep up with Ellet until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Comets lost 5-1 to the Orangemen. Coventry just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Christian Coteat, which was the first he's scored this season.

Coventry's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ellet, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Coventry wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 13-4 loss against Cloverleaf on the 26th. As for Ellet, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Firestone on the 23rd.
