Softball Recap: Macarthur Makes It Four in a Row at Home

The home team had won the previous six meetings between MacArthur and El Reno, and MacArthur kept the tradition alive. The Highlanders walked away with a 6-3 win over the Indians on Wednesday. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 18-9 win on Wednesday.

MacArthur pushed their record up to 11-23-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for El Reno, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-19.

MacArthur didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 11-0 defeat against Duncan on the 9th. El Reno does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
