Softball Recap: Mcintosh Wins Going Away Against Langston Hughes

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against East Coweta, McIntosh was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Langston Hughes Panthers as they made off with a 16-1 win. The Chiefs haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win got McIntosh back to even at 2-2. As for Langston Hughes, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. McIntosh will challenge rival Northgate at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Langston Hughes is set to square off against their familiar foe Banneker at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
