Basketball Recap: Fortune Early College Beats Millennium for Their Third Straight Victory

With a playoff win on the line, Fortune Early College rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 51-49 victory over the Millennium Falcons. The win was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won three contests in a row.

Fortune Early College's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Heaven Graves, who posted 21 points. That's the most points Graves has posted since back in December of 2024. Zoe Rocha was another key player, putting up 16 points and six boards.

Fortune Early College's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Millennium, they dropped their record down to 13-10 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Fortune Early College will challenge Delta at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Delta will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Fortune Early College surely won't give up without a fight. Millennium does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
