With a playoff win on the line, Cedartown rose to the challenge on Monday. They didn't even let the Creekside Seminoles on the board, marking their second-straight 22-0 shutout. Considering the Bulldogs have won 12 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Cedartown's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-10. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Creekside, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-6.

Cedartown will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Seminoles: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
