Basketball Recap: Panorama Pythons vs. Reseda Regents
Panorama lost against Reseda two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panorama Pythons took a blow against the Reseda Regents, falling 68-39. The Pythons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-9.

Panorama's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was VALERY QUEZADA, who posted 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. QUEZADA's afternoon made it five games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. YESSENIA QUEZADA was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 15 points and nine boards.
Reseda's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zahra Numa, who had 28 points. Numa continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Olivia Rosales, who earned 19 points.
Panorama has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Reseda, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season.
Coming up, Panorama will challenge Van Nuys at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Reseda does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
