Texas commit Dia Bell announces he is out for the rest of 2025 high school football season

American Heritage quarterback and son of former NBA player Raja Bell said on Instagram he was ending season for 'minor procedure.'

Dia Bell announced Sunday on his Instagram page that he would be out for the remainder of the 2025 high school football season for " a minor procedure."
The Texas commit didn't elaborate on if the procedure was necessary due to an injury or not.
Bell, son of former NBA player Raja Bell, didn't play in the Patriots'
24-17 overtime loss to Edna Karr on Friday. He had thrown for 540 yards
and four touchdowns with no interceptions this season.
The five-star is the No. 4 overall prospect in his the Class of 2026 and the top quarterback.
He threw for 2,597 yards and 29 touchdowns as a junior. He dominated at the Elite 11 Finals and was named MVP in June competing against the best field generals in the country.
