Soccer Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Jordan can now relate to. They fell just short of the Murray County Indians by a score of 2-1 on Friday. Jordan were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the three matchups prior), but Murray County's defense proved too tough.

Jordan's goal came courtesy of Jose Telles, who's now up to five this season.

Jordan's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-9. As for Murray County, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 12-8.

As of now, neither Jordan nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
